  Great spot to freedom camp for self contained, although there is a toilet block of two available. Awesome place to sit and relax and view the ocean, take a bike ride along the cycle way to Haumoana or out towards Cape Kidnappers. Great takeaways, bar and general store a short walk along the road. Gets quite full here at times, but safe swimming if the seas not too rough. Great place to meet up with other like minded individuals.
